30-Day Book Challenge: Day 16

30 Day Book Challenge (2)

Hey Bloggers!

I hope you all are enjoying your week! Welcome to Day 16 of this 30-Day Book Challenge. The challenge is simple; for each day there is a statement and you have to choose a book or series that relates to said statement. Let’s begin!

  Day 1 (16)

So, there were MANY female characters to choose from. But I decided to go with my current female character. So my pick for this challenge goes to Lysandra of the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas. Let me start off by saying that I was not a fan of Lysandra in The Assassin’s Blade. I wanted Celaena to gut her like a fish (is that too much?)! But then I read Queen of Shadows and the rest is history. I FREAKIN’ LOVE HER NOW! I think she had great character development in Queen of Shadows. We learned about her past and her big secret, which is that she is a shape-shifter. SHE’S THE GHOST LEOPARD! She even saved the day. She’s such a badass and I can’t wait to see more of her in the next book. I need her and Aedion to become a thing because I ship them so hard!

That’s all for this post! Until tomorrow…

I'm Ari, a local NYC bibliophile and a forever daydreamer. You can usually find me with my nose buried in a book and my head up in the clouds. I am also a coffee addict and a chocolate connoisseur. I fell in love with the romance genre about three years ago and I haven't been able to stop reading about happily-ever-afters, which is ironic because I'm a bit of a cynical romantic in real life, haha. I hope you all enjoy my blog and fangirling with me about all the smutty reads!
