30-Day Book Challenge: Day 21

30 Day Book Challenge (2)

Hey Guys!

Welcome to Day 21 of this 30-Day Book Challenge. The challenge is simple; for each day there is a statement and you have to choose a book or series that relates to said statement. Let’s begin!

Day 1 (21)

I don’t remember many of the books I read in my childhood, but one series I was OBSESSED with as a child was The Baby-Sitters Club by Ann M. Martin. I was in sixth grade when I discovered these books and I could not put them down. I read one a day. I was even reading during class when I was supposed to be paying attention.

This series follows a group of friends who decide to start a baby-sitting club since they all like taking care of children. Throughout the series, they find that taking care of children is not as easy as it looks and sometimes they find themselves in situations and together they have figure out how to get themselves out of that situation. Each book also focuses on a different girl and her current issue and how she resolves it, whether it be an issue with a friend or a family member.

These books were just great because they were relatable since I used to babysit when I was in sixth grade. It was also funny to see the situations the girls found themselves in. Some of them were just flat out crazy!

That’s all for this post! Until tomorrow…

I'm Ari, a local NYC bibliophile and a forever daydreamer. You can usually find me with my nose buried in a book and my head up in the clouds. I am also a coffee addict and a chocolate connoisseur. I fell in love with the romance genre about three years ago and I haven't been able to stop reading about happily-ever-afters, which is ironic because I'm a bit of a cynical romantic in real life, haha. I hope you all enjoy my blog and fangirling with me about all the smutty reads!
