December Wrap-Up & January Most Anticipated Releases

Hey Guys!

The end of the year is finally here!  The holiday season is coming to an end and the new year is almost upon us. While 2016 did us kind of dirty, I’m really hoping 2017 is A LOT better because seriously, we could use a little more hope right now!

I didn’t manage to get as much reading done this month, mainly because I’ve been working on my new blog revamp! I’m so excited to reveal the changes that are going to be made to my blog and I think that this new direction is going to make blogging more fun, for me at least. So without further ado, let’s get into this month’s wrap-up!

Let’s get started!

I read a total of 7 books this month! Holy crap, I wasn’t keeping track of my reading this month so I’m a bit shocked by this number. But then again, it is the holiday season so I was a busy stuffing my face with food! 😋

Did I Mention I Miss You? by Estelle Maskame | ★★★★ | A series finale that left me with all the feels and the tears.
Mr. President by Katy Evans | ★★★★ | A slow-burning, political romance that will leave you begging for the sequel!
Under Rose-Tainted Skies by Louise Gornall | ★★★★ | A realistic and powerful own-voices debut novel that needs to be added to everyone’s TBR.
Hard Hitter by Sarina Bowen | ★★★½ | A slightly disappointing sequel.
Hold My Breath by Ginger Scott | ★★★★ | An emotional romance about healing and a second-chance at true love.

Wayfarer by Alexandra Bracken | Commander in Chief by Katy Evans | Good Boy by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy | Long Way Home by Katie McGarry

That is all for the month of December. Feel free to check out any of the above posts mentioned if you haven’t done so already. AND DON’T FORGET TO LOOK OUT FOR A POST REVEALING ALL THE NEW CHANGES TO THE DAYDREAMING BOOKWORM!

Let me know in the comments which January release you are most excited for!

I'm Ari, a local NYC bibliophile and a forever daydreamer. You can usually find me with my nose buried in a book and my head up in the clouds. I am also a coffee addict and a chocolate connoisseur. I fell in love with the romance genre about three years ago and I haven't been able to stop reading about happily-ever-afters, which is ironic because I'm a bit of a cynical romantic in real life, haha. I hope you all enjoy my blog and fangirling with me about all the smutty reads!
