Hey guys!
We have survived the polar vortex! Okay, I know people are probably tired of hearing other people complain about the cold, but y’all this week was brutal! Like when I stepped outside, I couldn’t see anyone’s faces because everyone was all bundled up. I crossed my fingers everyday that my car would start because this weather literally drains all your batteries. Luckily the cold blast has moved past us and we’re expecting warmer temps this week and I can go back to wearing cute sweater dresses instead of all these layers!
Anyways, let’s get to my week in blogging!
Let’s get started!
I had a pretty slow reading week but I enjoyed both of the books I managed to finish!
I’m pretty hyped about this book and I hope it lives up to my expectations.
The ARC gods have truly blessed me this week and I’m so excited to read these two upcoming releases!

That’s all for this week! Comment down below and let me know how your reading/blogging week went!
Thank goodness your cold snap is moving on. That sounded brutal. We’re supposed to get one of our own this week, but nothing like that. I don’t think I could handle negative temperatures.

I saw that you guys got a ton of snow!! Thank god we didn’t get any of that here, lol.

Yeah. North of Seattle got like 9 inches. We’re about 45 minutes south of the city and we got around three inches. The problem here is always the roads and drivers. We have so many hills. They were basically a sheet of ice yesterday. My husband had to drive to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. It took him an hour and 45 minutes instead of 30. He saw multiple accidents and spin outs. Most of the area didn’t have school yesterday. We ended up having a late start today, and I was super scared to drive down my street because it’s a hill and was compact snow and ice. We just aren’t used to it. Be happy you didn’t get any!

YIKES! I would’ve been so scared to drive, especially with all the hills. Hopefully that’s all the snow you guys get this year!

I also got The Bride Test as ARC this week and I’m so excited, as soon as I finish my current book I’m starting this one. I hope it will live up to my high expectations.

I hope it lives up to the hype too! The Kiss Quotient was my favorite book last year so The Bride Test has some big shoes to fill!
